Return policy

For individual clients:

Customers can request a refund if they cancel 4 hours before the service is scheduled to be provided. Unfortunately, refunds or service exchanges are not possible after this period or in cases of urgent requests such as same day delivery. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made within the specified time frame, with the exception of services and exclusive offers that are not covered by the refund policy.



For Partner Companies:

Partner companies can cancel their subscription and request a refund within 24 hours of subscribing. If more than 24 hours have passed since the subscription, the company will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Process: You will be notified via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
